Wright Exercise services anything and everything that we sell, as well as many we did not. However there are a few manufactures we are not able to get parts for, therefore we cannot provide service for.
Please note there is a $95 trip charge for our initial visit which includes travel and up to the first Hour of diagnosis and/or repair time. An additional labor charge of $65/hour applies after the first Hour plus the cost of any parts which is payable to the technician when service is provided. An estimate will be provided and your authorization to proceed with repairs will be needed prior to any work being performed. If you decide to not proceed with the repair, the initial $95 charge can be utilized as a credit against the purchase of a new similar item at Wright Exercise.
