Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping

FEDEX and UPS shipments are often left at your door unless you request otherwise. You should IMMEDIATELY INSPECT THE PACKAGE and notify FEDEX or UPS if you find any damage (there will be a number on the paperwork to call). Also please notify us so that we can report it to the manufacturer. Same goes for anything missing. Notify FEDEX or UPS and us immediately.

LTL shipments (non-UPS) require you to be present when delivery is made. We cannot stress enough the importance of inspecting your shipment immediately upon its arrival BEFORE THE DRIVER LEAVES YOUR LOCATION! Any shortages or damages MUST be written on your delivery paperwork that the driver will have you sign. If you are unable to inspect the entire shipment thoroughly at the time of delivery, you must state on the driver’s paperwork “PENDING FURTHER INSPECTION” but do still write anything down that looks out of place; damages to boxes, items loosely placed on the pallet, tape broken anywhere etc…

Return Policies

Incorrect Item Received - If you received the wrong item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately so we can ship the proper items to you and give you instructions on returning any errors or damages.

Damaged Product Received - All products are warranted free of manufacturer defects for 90 days from invoice date. No other warranty, written or implied exists unless noted on the website. Please contact us immediately so we can ship the proper items.

Unsatisfied with Product - If for any reason you find our product unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or credit towards another purchase. All returns require a Return Authorization number. There is a 15% restocking fee for refund requests. Any shipping charges that were incurred on the order are non-refundable. Please contact us for RA # before items are returned.

Return Shipping Costs - With the exception of shipping errors, damages or defective products, all shipping costs back to Wright Equipment are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges unless a product is defective.
