Wright Gymnastics Grips
These grips protect your hands during high-repetition workouts such as pull-ups, toes to bar, and any other wearing movements. Slip your middle and ring fingers through the holes, tighten the Velcro wrist strap, and you’re done.
For sizing you will need to measure from your wrist to the base of your middle finger. X-Small fits under 3 ½”, Small fits 3 ½”-4’', Medium fits 4’'-4 ¾”, Large fits 4 ¾” – 5”, Extra Large fits over 5”.
